By joining the AroundManchester.com™ Cleaning Services Directory, providers agree to these terms and conditions. AroundManchester.com™ is operated by Tsunagi Limited, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 16808727).
2. Eligibility
- Sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies providing cleaning services may join the directory.
- Providers must be at least 18 years old.
- All services offered must be legal in the United Kingdom.
- Providers offering waste clearance must hold a valid Environment Agency waste carrier licence.
- Providers must be registered with HMRC for self-assessment or operate through a registered limited company.
3. Insurance
- Required: Public liability insurance is required for all cleaning service providers listed on the directory.
- Insured providers will receive a visible verification badge on their listing.
- Insurance documentation must be provided upon request and kept current.
- Providers entering private homes are strongly encouraged to hold additional contents cover.
4. Health & Safety
- All providers must comply with current health and safety regulations.
- COSHH assessments must be maintained for all cleaning chemicals and products used.
- Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) must be used where required.
- Risk assessments must be carried out for each client premises.
5. Professional Standards

- Any accidental damage must be reported to the client immediately.

6. Contracts & Payments
