Job Listings Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms

By posting a job listing on AroundManchester.com™, employers agree to these terms and conditions. AroundManchester.com™ is operated by Tsunagi Limited, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 16808727).

2. Listing Requirements

  • All job listings must comply with UK employment law, including the Equality Act 2010.
  • Listings must not discriminate on the basis of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation.
  • Job descriptions must accurately represent the role, responsibilities, and compensation.
  • Employers must have the legal right to employ staff in the United Kingdom.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Standard job listings start from £250+VAT per listing.
  • Listings are valid for 1-12 months from the date of publication.
  • Payment is required in full before listing publication.
  • All prices are subject to change; published prices at time of booking apply.

4. Employer Responsibilities

  • Employers are solely responsible for the content of their job listings.
  • Employers must respond to applications in a timely and professional manner.
  • Any changes to the job role after publication must be communicated to AroundManchester.com™.
  • Employers must not use the platform for fraudulent recruitment or data harvesting.

5. Content Moderation

  • AroundManchester.com™ reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any listing that violates these terms.
  • Listings containing misleading information, inappropriate content, or illegal requirements will be removed without refund.
  • We may request additional documentation to verify employer legitimacy.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • AroundManchester.com™ acts as a platform connecting employers and job seekers only.
  • We do not guarantee employment outcomes or candidate quality.
  • AroundManchester.com™ is not liable for any disputes between employers and applicants.
  • We are not responsible for verifying candidate qualifications or right to work.

7. Data Protection

  • Employer data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Employers must handle applicant data in compliance with UK GDPR.
  • Application data must not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not available once a listing has been published.
  • If a listing is removed by AroundManchester.com™ due to terms violation, no refund will be provided.
  • Pro-rata refunds may be considered if service is unavailable due to technical issues on our end.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
