  • All listed services must comply with UK advertising, consumer, and digital communication rules.

3. Professional & Campaign Standards

  • Providers must present truthful service claims, portfolio examples, and campaign outcomes.
  • Advertising and campaign services must comply with relevant UK standards and guidance.
  • Providers must respect intellectual property rights and licensing obligations for all delivered assets.

4. Contracts & Payments

  • AroundManchester.com® connects clients and providers but does not manage service contracts or payments.
  • All agreements are between provider and client directly.
  • Project scopes, timelines, and fee structures must be clearly defined before work begins.

5. Listing Information

  • All listing details must be accurate, current, and not misleading.
  • Capabilities, sector experience, and service coverage must be maintained by providers.
  • Listings may be paused where key business or compliance details are incomplete.

6. Content Guidelines

  • Profile content must be suitable for all audiences and professional use.
  • No deceptive, unlawful, or discriminatory content is permitted.
  • AroundManchester.com® reserves the right to edit or remove inappropriate listing content.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • AroundManchester.com® acts solely as a directory platform.
  • We do not employ or represent listed agencies.
  • We are not liable for campaign performance outcomes, commercial decisions, or contractual disputes between parties.

8. Data Protection

  • Provider data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Contact details may be shown to support direct customer enquiries.
  • Providers must handle enquiry data in compliance with UK GDPR.

9. Founder Price Guarantee Clarification

  • The AroundManchester.com® first 1,000 joiners lifetime pricing guarantee applies only to the main virtual tour directory service.
  • AroundMCR coming-soon sections, including Marketing & Design Agencies, are not participating services in that lifetime pricing guarantee system.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
