By joining the AroundManchester.com® Photography & Videography Directory, providers agree to these terms and conditions. AroundManchester.com® is operated by Tsunagi Limited, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 16808727).
2. Eligibility
- Photographers, videographers, and production teams may apply for listing.
- Providers must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade in the United Kingdom.
- All listed services must comply with UK law and relevant venue requirements.
3. Insurance & Professional Standards
- Public liability insurance is required for all listed providers.
- Professional indemnity insurance is recommended for commercial project work.
- Providers must conduct services safely and respect venue and event restrictions.
4. Copyright, Usage & Permissions
- Ownership and licensing terms for deliverables must be clearly stated to clients.
- Providers must hold rights for portfolio examples shown in their listing.
- Any music, graphics, or stock assets used in production must be lawfully licensed.
5. Contracts & Payments
- AroundManchester.com® connects clients and providers but does not manage contracts or payments.
- All agreements are between provider and client directly.
- Deposits, cancellation terms, turnaround times, and delivery formats must be clear before booking.
6. Listing Information
- All listing details must be accurate, current, and not misleading.
- Coverage areas, specialisms, and package information must be maintained by the provider.
- Listings may be paused where key information or compliance details are missing.
7. Content Guidelines
- Profile content must be suitable for all audiences and professional use.
- No deceptive, unlawful, or discriminatory content is permitted.
- AroundManchester.com® reserves the right to edit or remove inappropriate listing content.
8. Limitation of Liability
- AroundManchester.com® acts solely as a directory platform.
- We do not employ or represent listed photographers or videographers.
- We are not liable for production outcomes, missed shots, editing disagreements, or contractual disputes between parties.
9. Data Protection
- Provider data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Contact details may be shown to support direct customer enquiries.
- Providers must handle enquiry data in compliance with UK GDPR.
10. Founder Price Guarantee Clarification
- The AroundManchester.com® first 1,000 joiners lifetime pricing guarantee applies only to the main virtual tour directory service.
- AroundMCR coming-soon sections, including Photography & Videography, are not participating services in that lifetime pricing guarantee system.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
