1. General Terms

By joining the AroundManchester.com® Transport & Logistics Directory, providers agree to these terms and conditions. AroundManchester.com® is operated by Tsunagi Limited, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 16808727).

2. Eligibility

  • Transport operators, couriers, and logistics providers may apply for listing.
  • Providers must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade in the United Kingdom.
  • All transport and logistics activity must comply with UK law and relevant licensing obligations.

3. Licensing, Insurance & Compliance

  • Public liability insurance must be maintained for all listed providers.
  • Where required, operator licences, vehicle insurance, and driver compliance credentials must be current.
  • Providers must follow all applicable safety, transport, and goods-handling requirements.

4. Service Standards

  • Delivery timelines, collection windows, and service limitations must be clearly communicated.
  • Vehicle capabilities and capacity claims must be accurate and current.
  • Any subcontracting must be disclosed where it affects service delivery.

5. Contracts & Payments

  • AroundManchester.com® connects clients and providers but does not manage transport contracts or payments.
  • All service agreements are between the provider and client directly.
  • Pricing, surcharges, cancellation terms, and waiting-time charges must be clear before booking.

6. Listing Information

  • All listing details must be accurate, up to date, and not misleading.
  • Coverage areas, service hours, and vehicle categories must be maintained by the provider.
  • Listings may be paused where compliance details are incomplete or out of date.

7. Content Guidelines

  • Profile content must be suitable for all audiences and professional use.
  • No deceptive, unlawful, or discriminatory content is permitted.
  • AroundManchester.com® reserves the right to edit or remove inappropriate listing content.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • AroundManchester.com® acts solely as a directory platform.
  • We do not employ or represent listed transport or logistics providers.
  • We are not liable for delivery outcomes, delays, damage claims, or contractual disputes between parties.

9. Data Protection

  • Provider data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Contact details may be shown to support direct customer enquiries.
  • Providers must handle enquiry data in compliance with UK GDPR.

10. Founder Price Guarantee Clarification

  • The AroundManchester.com® first 1,000 joiners lifetime pricing guarantee applies only to the main virtual tour directory service.
  • AroundMCR coming-soon sections, including Transport & Logistics, are not participating services in that lifetime pricing guarantee system.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
