The current Service Fee is £250 + VAT (20%) per year and includes the core imagery + accessibility package. Early joins lock in introductory discounts tied to uninterrupted membership and on-time renewals without multi-year lock-ins.
One-time each year: The Service Fee is annual and not monthly. Renewals are raised manually by invoice, payments are one-time, and every transaction is processed manually—no stored cards, direct debits, or automated charges.
Notice: The Service Fee outlined on this page covers Business Directory listings, the core feature of AroundManchester.com. Other sections such as Events, Properties, Job Listings, and Tradespeople will have their own dedicated pricing pages or sections.
Scope: Current pricing applies to micro and small businesses. Medium and large enterprises follow the bespoke pricing pathway detailed below.

Complete your onboarding form with business details, accessibility info, and preferred visit times. This helps us prepare before arriving.

Payment and form confirmed. We contact you to finalise your photography visit at a convenient time.
Days 1–3
Our team visits your premises to capture 360 imagery, accessibility routes, products, and venue photos.
Week 1–2
We process imagery, build your listing page, add structured data, and prepare accessibility content.
Week 2
Final quality check, then your listing goes live on AroundManchester.com with your assigned join number.
Week 2–3
Discounts follow join order and remain in place only while membership stays continuous with no late payments. Your join number defines your default ranking priority in regional listings, though visitors can still adjust their view using filters.
The Service Fee is an annual membership fee that renews every 12 months; the discounts below apply to each yearly renewal while you stay active, and pricing is per business location–each store, branch, or franchise unit counts as its own listing. There are no monthly subscriptions or automatic rollovers.
Renewals are requested up to 30 business days before your membership anniversary, and you can settle any upcoming Service Fee years in advance at any time. Each payment is a one-time manual transaction raised by invoice.
Buying multiple years of the Service Fee up front locks in today's rate and any applicable discount tier for up to 30 years of coverage from your original join date, and you can add more years later as long as total prepaid time never exceeds that 30-year cap.
Service Fee invoices are issued through our online billing platform up to 30 business days ahead of renewal; we do not run automated payments, and any Service Fee renewal left unpaid more than seven days after the join-date anniversary lapses is treated as a lapsed membership. All transactions are processed manually by the team.
Each year, even if you prepaid multiple years, the listings team will contact you one month ahead to confirm imagery updates–your first 360 capture remains included, but extra scenes or photos follow the prevailing add-on rates, as multi-year discounts apply only to the Service Fee.
For quality consistency, previously purchased additional 360 scenes are not rolled forward; if you skip renewing extra captures, your refreshed tour will only include the imagery reshot that year.
Join numbers stay with the original legal entity and trading name; rebrands, new incorporations, or new owners must sign a fresh listing agreement, receive a new join number, and adopt the then-current Service Fee and discount tier.

*Effective discount rates are calculated over a 30-year membership horizon versus paying the prevailing standard fee every year, estimated.
**Joins 501–1000 keep the 25% introductory rate for a maximum of ten continuous renewals before reverting to the prevailing Service Fee.
Missed payments or cancellations forfeit any discount and the original join rank for all members, regardless of their join cohort.

Every Service Fee includes a storytelling-ready imagery package with accessibility-first coverage so visitors can plan journeys, understand parking, and review amenities in advance.
When customers contact you through social media, phone, or email, and ask what facilities you have, what is the layout of the premises, or what types of wares you carry, you can simply direct them to your listing on AroundManchester.com and that answers all the questions for you.
Your annual Service Fee is the only mandatory cost—we never take a percentage of your sales. Optional extras are itemised right here on the Service Fees page, and any bespoke services are scoped and quoted individually so you approve the full amount before work begins.

Perfect for second floors, balconies, kitchens, or any extra immersive areas that need coverage beyond the included 360 image. Pricing will rise once capture demand and workloads increase.
£50 + VAT per update (introductory pricing)
Refresh seasonal menus or drinks lists with new imagery, allergen callouts, and structured data updates; this rate will scale upward as production intensity grows.
£5 + VAT per image (introductory pricing)
Add extra venue, product, or accessibility images beyond the included sets to keep your listing current; the £5 rate is temporary and will increase as editing workloads scale.
Custom quote per domain
Stream your AroundManchester.com 360 degree tour on your own website without receiving the original files. We handle the hosting, copyright compliance, and embed code delivery for an additional fee.
Scope: This policy applies to Business Listings. Other services (e.g., Job Listings, Property Listings, promotional services) have their own dedicated terms.
Once photography, listing creation, and hosting services have been delivered, refunds are not available unless the service:
Where services have been completed as described, there is no right to cancel or receive a refund.
If a customer cancels before the service is fully delivered:
A refund charge fee of approximately 5% of the total price is invoiced separately and must be paid before any partial refund is released.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Customers are entitled to remedies only where services are not delivered:

We issue renewal invoices up to 30 business days before your membership anniversary. If payment is not received within seven days after that anniversary date, your membership lapses. Yes. You can purchase add-ons such as extra 360 scenes, gallery images, or menu refreshes at any time during your membership year. These are invoiced separately and delivered promptly. Add-ons do not change your renewal date.
No. The Service Fee is a single annual payment, not monthly. We do not offer instalment plans or direct debits. All payments are one-time transactions raised by manual invoice.
If your business relocates within Greater Manchester, contact the team. We will update your listing address and schedule a new photography visit. The original join number and discount tier remain intact as long as the legal entity and trading name stay the same. A new photography session follows add-on pricing for any imagery beyond the included annual refresh.
No. All imagery remains the property of the photographer and AroundManchester.com. If you want to display your 360 tour on your own website, we offer a paid Virtual Tour Embed License that streams the content without transferring original files.
We accept bank transfer (BACS), online card payments, Google Pay, and Apple Pay via invoices issued through SumUp. Cash payments are also accepted in person by prior arrangement. All invoices are issued manually and are fully compliant with HMRC's Making Tax Digital (MTD) requirements. Payments are processed one-time—no stored cards or automated recurring charges.
No. All prices on this page are quoted plus VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20%). VAT is added to your invoice and shown as a separate line item.
Typically two to three weeks. After payment confirmation, we schedule a photography visit, process your imagery, build your listing, and publish. Timelines may vary based on scheduling and workload.
No. We do not offer membership pauses. If you choose not to renew, your listing lapses after the seven-day grace period and you forfeit your join number and discounts. You may rejoin later as a new member.
Yes. Pricing is per business location. Each store, branch, or franchise unit requires its own listing and Service Fee. Contact the team for bespoke multi-venue packages.
Multi-venue groups, civic partnerships, destination campaigns, and event producers can access bespoke packages that blend media, data, and on-the-ground activation. Suitable for seasonal events, schools, colleges, and wider civic initiatives.
